Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Opened products are eligible for return. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

How to request a return

Contact us through https://aurovidalife.com/pages/contact before sending your return. We will provide return instructions and the return destination. We do not currently offer a U.S. return address. Please do not send returns to an Amazon fulfillment center or to the sender address on your parcel without our instructions.

Exchanges and fees

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return shipping

For returns unrelated to a product quality issue, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with your order details so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

We will notify you when your return has been received and reviewed. We process refunds to the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving your returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
