Terms of service

About this store

These terms apply to purchases from AUROVIDA at aurovidalife.com. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Please review the product details and our shipping, return and privacy policies before placing an order.

Products and orders

Please choose the correct shade and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. Product availability may change. Screen settings and lighting can affect how shades appear. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The total payable, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Price changes do not change the amount of an already confirmed order.

Delivery

We deliver only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., with free standard shipping on eligible orders. Orders are fulfilled using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Delivery estimates can vary; please see our Shipping Policy at https://aurovidalife.com/policies/shipping-policy for details and exclusions.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, including opened products. Buyers pay return shipping for non-quality reasons. We currently have no U.S. return address. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. Full details are available at https://aurovidalife.com/policies/refund-policy.

Product use

Follow the instructions on the product packaging. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our cosmetics are not offered as medical treatments.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information: https://aurovidalife.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Your rights

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Updates to these terms will be posted on this page; the terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.
